In order to further strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations and actively implement the party branch's plan to develop party members, at 2:00 p.m. on September 27, the party branch of Nanjing Kaisheng Kai Energy Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd. held a meeting to receive preparatory party members. This meeting was held in strict accordance with the organizational procedures, on the basis of organizational inspection, political examination, party school training, and extensive listening to the views of the masses inside and outside the party, and was approved by the higher party working committee, to discuss the branch conference on receiving comrades Tang Tian and Li Jing as preparatory members of the CPC.
The meeting was chaired by Lu Yan, the propaganda member of the branch, who announced the attendance of party members and briefly introduced the meeting process. According to the branch work regulations, the number of party members with voting rights is 30, which is more than half of the number of party members with voting rights, so the meeting is valid and can be held.
First of all, comrades Tang Tian and Li Jing reported their basic personal information and the performance of their thoughts and work in the past one year since they became party activists, reported their cognition of the party, motivation to join the party, showed their thoughts and determination, and were ready to accept the test of the party organization.
Comrade Tang Tian's introducers, Comrade Lu Yan and Comrade Liu Lanlan, reported to the General Assembly on the cultivation and inspection of the development targets, Comrade Li Jing's introducers, Comrade Zhang Xin and Comrade Chen Hui, reported to the General Assembly on the cultivation and inspection of the development targets, and expressed their affirmative opinions on whether they were recommended to be accepted as reserve members. The branch reported to the branch assembly on the political examination of the development targets and the consultation with party members and the public.
The party members and comrades expressed their views and opinions and agreed that comrades Tang Tian and Li Jing are usually able to strengthen their study, pay attention to the improvement of political and theoretical qualities, study hard in business, strive to improve their professional qualities and actively approach the party organization, whether in work or life, they are comrades with outstanding performance. After the branch assembly voted by secret ballot, all of them voted and agreed to receive Comrades Tang Tian and Li Jing as the preparatory members of the CPC.
