To commemorate revolutionary martyrs, promote national spirit, inspire patriotic enthusiasm, and enhance team cohesion, on April 28, our company organized employees in Nanjing to participate in a themed brisk walking activity at Yuhuatai titled "Commemorate Martyrs, Forge Spirit; Salute Heroes, Build Confidence." The activity aimed to honor the Yuhuatai Martyrs, inherit the revolutionary spirit, further inspire employees' patriotic sentiments, build confidence, and engage in work with full enthusiasm.
Despite the light rain that day, everyone's enthusiasm remained undiminished, and they arrived at the gathering point early. Employees assembled at the Yuhuatai Martyrs' Memorial Park, where we held a brief ceremony in front of the Martyrs' Monument. General Manager Tu Zhengrui stated in his speech that we must remember history, cherish the present, and take revolutionary martyrs as examples. By carrying forward their spirit of selfless dedication and hard work, we can contribute our strength to the company's development.
In the rain, all employees gathered under the monument to participate in the memorial ceremony. Everyone bowed their heads in silence, filled with deep respect and mourning for the revolutionary martyrs. Party members of the company then reviewed their oath to join the Party. Finally, they presented wreaths to the martyrs and gently placed white chrysanthemums at the monument's base, expressing their profound respect and remembrance.
After the ceremony, participants visited the Yuhuatai Martyrs' Memorial Hall. The hall displays numerous historical artifacts and photographs, vividly recreating the heroic deeds of the revolutionary martyrs. Under the guidance of museum guides, everyone attentively listened to the heroes' glorious stories and paused to reflect, deeply moved.
Following the museum visit, everyone began a brisk walk along the park's tree-lined paths. Along the way, they exchanged insights and shared their admiration for the revolutionary martyrs.
This brisk walking activity at Yuhuatai was not only a commemoration of revolutionary martyrs but also a spiritual enrichment for all employees. The rain-soaked Yuhuatai highlighted the greatness of the martyrs; walking in the rain strengthened our unwavering conviction.
