To further standardise corporate operations and management, consolidate the foundations for standardised development, and comprehensively assess the effectiveness, compliance, and suitability of the company’s management systems, a four-member audit team from the China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) recently visited the company to conduct the annual recertification audit of its Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety (QES) management systems. With the concerted efforts and close coordination of all departments, the company successfully completed this comprehensive audit and passed the management system recertification.

The audit was conducted in strict accordance with international standards including ISO 9001 for quality management systems, ISO 14001 for environmental management systems, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety management systems. It covered all functional departments, core business areas, and key operational activities of the company. Throughout the audit, the expert team adhered to rigorous, meticulous, objective, and impartial principles. Through a combination of methods—including reviewing management system documents, registers, supporting records, and process documentation; conducting on-site inspections at construction sites; interviewing personnel in relevant positions; and sampling and verifying work outputs—the auditors carried out a comprehensive, in-depth, and detailed assessment of key areas such as the implementation of management system planning, execution of policies and procedures, risk control, hazard rectification, process optimisation, and compliant operations, while systematically identifying potential weaknesses in the operation of the management systems.

Throughout the audit, all company departments attached great importance to the process and responded proactively. In strict accordance with the audit requirements, they organised relevant documentation, reported on the operation of the management systems, and cooperated fully with on-site inspections, providing a comprehensive demonstration of the company’s achievements in standardised management system development. Since the management systems entered regular operation, the company has consistently placed standardised management at its core and deeply integrated the requirements of the three management systems into day-to-day operations, customer service, and safety management. It has continuously improved management policies and procedures, optimised workflows, refined control standards, and reinforced accountability at every position. Regular internal inspections, corrective actions, and process reviews have also been carried out, establishing a standardised management framework characterised by “full participation, end-to-end control, comprehensive coverage, and continual improvement.” These efforts have effectively enhanced the sophistication of the company’s management and laid a solid managerial foundation for high-quality development.

The company’s successful completion of this recertification audit fully validates the maturity of its standardised, systematic, and institutionalised management practices. It also demonstrates the company’s commitment to upholding quality standards, pursuing green development, and maintaining robust safety safeguards. Moving forward, the company will continue to uphold the management philosophy of “pursuing excellence and continual improvement,” using high-standard management systems to drive high-quality development. It will further strengthen its management foundations, enhance operational quality and efficiency, and reinforce compliance controls. Through more standardised management, higher-quality services, and steadier development, the company will continue to advance on a sustainable, healthy, and positive growth trajectory.
