Successful Convening of the 2023 Annual Review along with the 2024 Mobilization for NANJING KESEN KENEN
NANJING KESEN KENEN ENVIRONMENT & ENERGY CO, .LTD successfully held 2023 annual review and 2024 mobilization on January 19, 2024. The conference, conducted through a combination of on-site and video sessions, centered on the theme "Revisiting the Entrepreneurial Venture, Creating New Brilliance Again." Over 100 participants, including the company's management, headquarters staff, and project site employees, attended the event, which was presided over by the Executive VP Mr.Hou.
In late 2023, the company underwent a significant organizational restructuring, establishing the domestic business unit, the overseas business unit, the designing institute, and O&M department, forming a pattern of "Three Units, One Institute, Four Platforms". Additionally, leadership roles were also adjusted.
During the meeting, the company’s top management team presented their work reports, reviewing the achievements and shortcomings of their respective departments in 2023. They proposed improvement measures and outlined detailed plans for the work of their departments in 2024.
General Manager Mr.Tu Zhengrui delivered a report titled " Upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground, forging ahead with enterprise and fortitude, and Advancing with Determination for the High-Quality Development of the Company." The report provided a comprehensive review and summary of the company's work in 2023, acknowledging the accomplishments, analyzing the existing problems and outlining clear directions for improvement.
The meeting emphasized that in the new year, facing challenging economic conditions and a complex market environment, and in the pursuit of the second entrepreneurial venture, all employees of the company are required to consistently uphold the spirit of hard work and unity, demonstrating resilience and determination. It is essential to break through challenges to build a new, seek stability in progress, and strive vigorously to achieve new brilliance. And under the leadership of the board of directors, the company is committed to maintaining excellence in market expansion, project delivery, technological research and development, and talent cultivation, aiming to enhance the company's core competitiveness.
Subsequently, the company granted honors and rewards for the outstanding collective and individuals for the year 2023.
Two special contribution awards were granted: the Technology Innovation Award was given to the technical team for developing efficient reheating technology with significant economic benefits, while the Marketing Contribution Award was presented to the marketing team for expanding engineering projects.
The company called on all employees to learn from the exemplary collectives and individuals, strengthen skills, and strive for excellence, contributing to the company's goal of becoming a world-class energy-saving and environmental protection engineering company.
Finally, General Manager Mr.Tu Zhengrui, on behalf of the company, signed the "2024 Annual Target Responsibility Agreement" with heads of departments, clearly defining the operational management goals for each department in 2024 and providing a roadmap for the new year's work.
