Nanjing Kesen Kenen Successfully Convenes 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and Holds Signing Ceremony for 2026 Target Responsibility Agreements

On 16 January 2026, Nanjing Kesen Kenen Environment & Energy Co., Ltd. successfully convenes its 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and the signing ceremony for the 2026 Target Responsibility Agreements. The conference is held in a hybrid format combining in-person and video attendance. More than 160 participants attend, including employees from the company’s headquarters, staff on project sites at home and abroad, and employees of subsidiaries. The meeting is chaired by Executive Deputy General Manager Yang Hongyi.
At the conference, Chief Financial Officer Xia Qifeng, on behalf of the Board of Directors and the management team, delivers a report on the company’s financial performance in 2025 and its financial work plan for 2026. Deputy General Managers Tang Tian, Jin Ji, and Yang Hongyi then present their respective annual performance reports for 2025 on the departments under their purview, and set out the work plans for 2026.
As 2025 marks the company’s twentieth anniversary and the second year of its “second entrepreneurial” phase, General Manager Hou Bincai delivers a keynote report titled “A Journey of Thousands of Miles, Achieved Through Unrelenting Endeavour”. The report provides a comprehensive review and summary of the company’s work in 2025. Backed by detailed data, it shows that the company stays true to its conviction and remains anchored to its goals. In an intensely competitive market, it continues to deepen its presence in the energy-saving and environmental protection sector, focuses on lean management and cost reduction with quality enhancement, and delivers strong operating results. System building in areas such as technology innovation, marketing and promotion, talent development, and compensation policies also progresses steadily, enabling stable growth with continued improvement. The report also identifies certain shortcomings and proposes specific improvement measures.
The meeting notes that 2026 marks the beginning of Kesen Kenen’s second twenty-year chapter, a year in which Kesen Kenen people will embrace change, adapt proactively, and forge ahead with renewed momentum. Guided by the company’s overarching goals—its short-term strategy of “lean management; cash is king”, its mid-term strategy of dual-track domestic and overseas operations with complementary growth, and its long-term strategy of building a world-class energy-saving and environmental protection company—the company will seize opportunities, pursue change proactively, establish the new before discarding the old, and seek progress while ensuring stability. Chairman Tu Zhengrui delivers a speech on behalf of the Board of Directors, giving high recognition to the achievements made in 2025 and expressing strong endorsement of the plans and targets for 2026. He calls on the company to pursue efficiency through management, growth through innovation, results through attention to detail, synergy through teamwork, and confidence through perseverance—so as to translate strategy into action and turn operating targets into reality.

Finally, on behalf of the Board of Directors, Tu Zhengrui signs the 2026 Company Operating Target Responsibility Agreement with General Manager Hou Bincai. On behalf of the management team, Hou Bincai signs the 2026 Department Target Responsibility Agreements with the heads of each department. These agreements clarify the target responsibilities for the company and its departments in 2026, setting the direction for the year’s work.
