Reviewing Two Decades of Progress, Drawing Up a New Blueprint for the Future — Company Strategy Seminar Successfully Convened

    On 15 November 2025, the Kesen Kenen Twentieth Anniversary Strategy Seminar was held in the conference hall of Zaolin Mountain Villa in Yizheng City. More than 20 participants attended the meeting, including Chairman Tu Zhengrui, General Manager Hou Bincai and other company leaders, as well as key personnel from the senior, middle and younger generations. The seminar was chaired by General Manager Hou Bincai.

    In his remarks, General Manager Hou noted that the company has achieved remarkable success over the past twenty years. Some years ago, the company set its strategic vision for the future, namely: “Technology to lead industry innovation, creativity to drive market development; efficiency to advance corporate progress, a shared dream for the company and its employees.” To implement this strategy, he called on participants to focus their discussion on four key areas: technological innovation for the domestic existing-market segment and expansion into overseas markets; efficient implementation of overseas projects; improvements in production efficiency; and how employees can grow together with the company.

    In light of the company’s strategic needs and their own work experience, participants reflected carefully and contributed actively. They shared ideas and suggestions on a wide range of topics, including domestic and international marketing, entry into new industries, technological innovation, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, project execution, improvement of customer satisfaction, talent pipeline building and training, team capability development, refinement of compensation and performance systems, and optimisation of management processes.

    In his concluding remarks, Chairman Tu affirmed the company’s achievements over the past two decades and expressed his pride in them. At the same time, he observed that the participants’ analysis had been in-depth and candid, reflecting both their deep affection for and high expectations of the company, and that constructive criticism is ultimately for a better future. Chairman Tu also stressed that realising the company’s strategy rests on three pillars: strengthening operations, developing talent, and establishing new mechanisms. He expressed his hope for an even brighter future for the company and urged everyone to remain confident, stay resolute, unite as one, and work hard.

    The successful convening of this strategy seminar has pointed the way forward for the company’s development. Looking ahead, the company will take this meeting as a new starting point, concentrate on executing its strategy, focus on concrete, results-oriented efforts, and continuously enhance its management standards and operational capabilities. It will strengthen talent pipeline development, promote system and mechanism innovation and the building of institutional culture, and strive to achieve sustainable development—making unremitting efforts toward the grand goal of “building a world-class energy conservation and environmental protection engineering company.”
