Nanjing Kesen Kenen Convenes 2025 Mid-Year Business Review Meeting

On 16 July 2025, Nanjing Kesen Kenen Environment & Energy Co., Ltd. holds its 2025 mid-year business review in the main conference hall.  General Manager Hou Bincai chairs the meeting, which is attended by the management team and all key staff at the manager level and above.

During the session, heads of the Domestic Business Unit, the Overseas Business Unit, the Design Institute, and the Operations Management Department report systematically on the first half performance against their annual responsibility statements.  They highlight accomplishments, analyse shortcomings in depth, and set clear plans for the second half year.  Other participants focus on pain points in technology optimisation, market expansion, project delivery, human resources deployment, supplier management, and internal coordination,proposing pragmatic solutions.

Chairman Tu Zhengrui and fellow executives fully affirm the company’s notable achievements in the first six months and extend heartfelt thanks to all employees for their dedication.  In view of the complex global and domestic economic climate, the meeting analyses the opportunities and challenges ahead and sets out a comprehensive road map for the second half year: keep annual targets firmly in sight; balance technology optimisation, effective marketing, and flawless project execution; intensify project marketing—especially in overseas markets; accelerate commissioning and delivery of ongoing projects to honour contracts and set new industry benchmarks; and optimise human resources allocation while deepening cost reduction and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
