On  9 April 2025, in Yanyuan County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, Nanjing Kesen Kenen Environment & Energy Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Yanyuan Jinguan Cement Co., Ltd. signed an EPC contract for a waste‑heat power‑generation and SCR denitrification system on the plant’s 2,500 t/d clinker line. The award reflects the owner’s trust in our company, showcases Kesen Kenen’s technical strength, and demonstrates both parties’ commitment to China’s energy-saving and environmental‑protection policies.

Drawing on experience from hundreds of successful cement‑kiln projects, Kesen Kenen dispatched a specialist team to Yanyuan Jinguan Cement. The engineers monitored every energy‑consumption node, mapped each process in detail, and assessed equipment performance with rigour, leaving no potential issue unexamined. After several rounds of discussion and on-site validation, the team devised a bespoke, highly practicable solution: a combined waste‑heat power‑generation retrofit and SCR upgrade for the 2,500 t/d clinker line. The dual pathway of energy recovery and pollutant abatement will accelerate the plant’s green transition. When commissioned, the project is expected to cut annual standard‑coal consumption by about 10,000 t and reduce NOₓ concentrations to below 50 mg per m³. Operating costs will fall sharply, nitrogen‑oxide emissions will drop significantly, and the surrounding environment will benefit. Jinguan Cement is therefore poised to achieve simultaneous reductions in energy use and emissions, while realising both economic and social‑environmental gains.

Through this undertaking, Nanjing Kesen Kenen will demonstrate its integrated capabilities and specialised services, fulfilling its mission of “high efficiency, low carbon, green vision”. The company stands ready to contribute to a win-win partnership and to advance the client’s green transformation and long-term sustainability.
