Nanjing Kesen Kenen Environment and Energy Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Nanjing Kesen Kenen) held the 2021 annual summary and commendation meeting in Nanjing. General Manager Tu Zhengrui, Deputy General Managers Hou Bincai, Jin Ji, Yang Hongyi and General Manager Assistant Tang Tian attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Deputy General Manager Hou Bincai. This year's meeting was held in the form of video conference. Nearly 200 employees participated in the meeting either live or via video.
At the meeting, General Assistant Tang Tian, Deputy General Manager Yang Hongyi, Deputy General Manager Jin Ji and Deputy General Manager Hou Bincai made annual reports on their respective work, summarized the work in 2021, and made overall arrangements for the work in the new year.
General Manager Tu Zhengrui subsequently made a report entitled "Seeking Progress in Stability, Improving Quality and Increasing Efficiency, Creating a New Phase of Kesen Kenen's High Quality Development". The report first reviewed and summarized the work of the company in 2021, affirmed the achievements of the company, thanked and encouraged the employees who worked hard, sorted out the problems in their work, proposed the direction for improvement of future work, and deployed the key work in 2022.
The report pointed out that in the new year, under the leadership of the Party organization, we should continue to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, comprehensively guarantee the safety of production and operation, promote the progress and upgrading of related technologies, and enhance the core competitiveness of the brand; Improve the delivery ability, expand the market share in new fields, and at the same time, do a good job in the guarantee of relevant talents, promote the implementation and optimization of equity incentive and company performance appraisal, stimulate the vitality of the company's building economy, and create a new situation where Kesen Kenen can develop in a high-quality way.
At the end of the meeting, the company's leadership commended the excellent teams and individuals of this year.
