Delegation from the School of Energy and Mechanical Engineering of Nanjing Normal University Visits Kesen Kenen to Explore New Paths for University–Enterprise Integration

On the morning of 10 July 2025, a delegation led by Peng Hai, Party Secretary, and Wu Xiyuan, Deputy Party Secretary, of the School of Energy and Mechanical Engineering at Nanjing Normal University visited Nanjing Kesen Kenen Environment & Energy Co., Ltd. for an exchange themed “University–Enterprise Synergy for Development: Visiting Enterprises to Broaden Opportunities for the Future”. Kesen Kenen Chairman Tu Zhengrui, General Manager Hou Bincai, Vice‑General Manager and Party Branch Secretary Jin Ji, and Chief Financial Officer Xia Qifeng attended the event.
At the meeting, Chairman Tu Zhengrui warmly welcomed the faculty members and reviewed the company’s development since its founding. He noted that Kesen Kenen will continue to intensify innovation in green‑energy processes and digital management, and he expressed the hope of deep cooperation with the School in talent cultivation and technology research and development.
General Manager Hou Bincai outlined the company’s main businesses, core technologies, and recent achievements, expecting the School and the enterprise to integrate more deeply to train versatile professionals. Vice‑General Manager Jin Ji specified the company’s demand for new graduates and proposed driving university–enterprise cooperation through Party‑building initiatives to create further opportunities. CFO Xia Qifeng presented the company’s financial performance, demonstrating its steady growth and partnership potential from an economic perspective.
Party Secretary Peng Hai of the School of Energy and Mechanical Engineering, Nanjing Normal University, also introduced the school’s overall profile, stating that it will remain demand‑oriented and work with industry to build a “five‑stage progressive” industry–education integration model, precisely matching talent supply with corporate needs and improving graduate employment quality. Deputy Party Secretary Wu Xiyuan and Faculty Party Branch Secretary Xu Guiling then described graduate employment outcomes and Party‑building work at the School.
Both parties held in‑depth discussions on Party‑building collaboration, talent cultivation, internships, practical training, and industry–academia–research cooperation, establishing an efficient communication bridge. Taking this meeting as a starting point, they will refine cooperation plans, share resources, and complement each other’s strengths in areas such as talent deployment, technological research and development, and Party‑building. The partnership aims to advance Party work, student internships and employment, corporate talent acquisition, and scientific innovation, laying a solid foundation for deeper collaboration.
