At 9:08 a.m. on May 30, 2022, the boiler steel structure of Tangshan Jidong Qixin Cement Co., Ltd. Cement Kiln Collaborative Disposal of Comprehensive Solid Wastes and Waste Heat Power Generation Cycle Industry Project, a EPC project contracted by Nanjing Kesen Kenen, was successfully hoisted, marking the official start of project installation, the shift of the construction focus from civil engineering to installation, and the project has moved to a new stage.
The project adopts advanced and mature cement kiln collaborative disposal technology for comprehensive solid wastes, uses the high-temperature calcination process in the new dry process cement production line to innocuously treat 500t/d of comprehensive solid wastes such as domestic garbage, and uses waste heat to build an 8MW medium temperature and medium voltage power generation unit.
It focused on the normalization of epidemic prevention and control and the management of details at the same time, did a good job in safety education and training for personnel entering the site, submission of commencement data for approval, on-site construction planning, etc., laying a solid foundation for installation and commencement,which has been unanimously recognized by the Owner and the Supervisor.
