In order to increase the use of cement kiln waste heat power generation capacity, our company has developed the second and the third WHR power generations technology of cement kiln and has recently applied for the national patents which the numbers are 200720038566.9,200720038567.3 respectively.
The second-generation technology is mainly to optimize the WHR power generation thermal system, balance the heat use of AQC boiler and SP boiler. We adopt public high-temperature superheater and make full use of recycling wind from AQC to increase steam temperature and flow rate of the turbine. Without increasing the coal consumption of cement clinker per ton, we increased the power generation capacity. Compared with the traditional power generation capacity, the cement clinker capacity can increased by 10% per ton which can up to 36～42Kw.h/t.
Based on the second generation technology, the third generation makes a further optimization of WHR power generation thermal system, which adds an outlet and appropriately arrange the waste heat outlet in mid-temperature. Then, it adopts a special form of AQC boiler to do the cascade heat utilization, so that we can realize the increase of WHR power generation capacity under the condition of decreasing the investment. Compared with the traditional power generation capacity, the cement clinker capacity can increased by 20% per ton which can up to 38～45Kw.h/t.
