On the afternoon of September 9, 2024, Nanjing Kesen Kenen Environment & Energy Co., Ltd. ("Kesen Kenen") held its 2024 New Employee Welcome Meeting in the company's main conference room. The management and leaders at or above the middle level attended the meeting, which was chaired by Deputy General Manager Jin Ji.
At the meeting, twelve new employees each shared their names, educational backgrounds, the departments they belong to, and their respective positions. On behalf of the company, General Manager Tu Zhengrui warmly welcomed the new members to the Kesen Kenen family and provided an overview of the company's history and business scope. He also presented four earnest expectations for the new employees: first, to accurately position themselves and integrate personal development with that of Kesen Kenen; second, to strengthen learning and enhance professional and technical capabilities; third, to correctly balance work and family, giving due attention to both; and fourth, to adhere to professional ethics, be dedicated and diligent, and maintain integrity in their professional conduct.
Last but not least, Deputy General Manager Jin Ji gave a concluding speech, encouraging the new employees to be lifelong learners and to feel confident in raising questions and suggestions. He assured them that company management and department heads would provide timely feedback.
