Nanjing Kesen Kenen Successfully Convenes the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Meeting & Signing Ceremony for 2025 Annual Performance Responsibility Letter

On January 3, 2025, Nanjing Kesen Kenen Environment & Energy Co., Ltd. successfully convened its 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Meeting and the Signing Ceremony for 2025 Annual Performance Responsibility Letter. The meeting was held both on-site and via videoconference, with over 100 employees from company headquarters, domestic and overseas project sites, and subsidiaries in attendance. Executive Deputy General Manager Hou Bincai presided over the meeting.
During the meeting, Deputy General Managers Tang Tian, Yang Hongyi, Jin Ji, and Hou Bincai each delivered reports on their respective departments’ achievements in 2024. They acknowledged progress made in the previous year while pointing out existing challenges and outlining corresponding improvement measures. They also provided detailed explanations and overall planning for their departments’ 2025 goals.
General Manager Tu Zhengrui then presented a report titled “Resolute Breakthrough, Charting a New Chapter.” The report offered a comprehensive review and summary of the company’s work in 2024, supported by detailed data indicating a steady recovery of operating indicators, proactive market expansion, incremental advances in technological innovation, highly efficient project execution, and early signs of reform success. It also included an in-depth analysis of issues currently facing the company, along with clear measures for improvement.
The meeting emphasized that 2025 is the second year of Kesen Kenen’s multi-pronged resurgence and the second year of its innovative development under a renewed strategy. It also marks the company’s twentieth anniversary of perseverance and achievements. Accordingly, the company proposed its “1124” action outline for 2025: to uphold one belief, focus on one goal, seize two key drivers, and establish four systems. This clarifies the company’s objectives for 2025 and provides a clear direction for future development.
Following that, the company honored outstanding teams and individuals for their achievements in 2024. All employees are encouraged to learn from these exemplary collectives and individuals, enhance their professional skills, broaden their roles, sharpen their adaptability, and strengthen teamwork—ultimately contributing to the company’s vision of becoming a world-class enterprise in energy conservation and environmental protection engineering.
Finally, on behalf of the company, General Manager Tu Zhengrui signed the “2025 Annual Performance Responsibility Letter” with department heads, clarifying each department’s goals for 2025 and establishing the direction for the year’s work.
