We have also independently completed the design and development of key equipment of the first cement kiln waste heat recovery power station in China. We have a group of specialized technical personnel, R & D personnel and management personnel engaged in thermal engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical & automation engineering and energy conservation & environmental protection, which consist of a high-talent team dedicated to service and innovation. Among them, there are more than 60 engineering designers, over 20 R & D personnel and exceed 100 engineering management and technical personnel.
In January, 2010, Waste Heat Recovery Power Generation System in Cement Kiln which independently developed by our company and the development of AQC boiler have past the expert’s appraisal (provincial level) of China construction Materials Federation Organization. The expert got a conclusion that the technical level of the whole system has reached the international advanced level and the structure of the AQC boiler with settling chamber is the first form created in domestic, the overall equipment are advanced in China.
Up to the end of 2009, we have contract to built more than 80 pure low temperature waste heat recovery power generation engineering by the way of EP or EPC, the total installed capacity reached 720MW and annual electric energy production is up to 5.17 billion kWh, nearly 1.8 million metric tons of coal equivalent can be saved, at the same time, 4.5 million metric tons of carbon dioxide can be reduced.
We are keeping a close cooperation relationship with some large-scale cement enterprises, such as China United Cement Group Co., Ltd., China Southern Cement Co., Ltd., China Northern Cement Co., Ltd., Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Wannianqing Cement Co., Ltd., Mengxi Cement Group, Heidelberg Cement Group and so on, our company accounts for 30% market share of waste heat recovery power generation in domestic cement industries. In recent three years, We have hold the position ranking in top three and the performance top the list among the industries in 2009. On the fourteenth excellent engineering design awards winners list which announced by the China Building and Materials Engineering Construction Association, there were two projects we designed were awarded the first prize and the second prize respectively, the two projects were“EPC project of waste heat recovery power generation for 5000t/d cement clinker production line in China United Cement Huaihai Co., Ltd.” and“EPC project of waste heat recovery power generation for 5000t/d cement clinker production line in Guangzhou Zhujiang Cement Co., Ltd.”.
