With the establishment for several years, Nanjing Triumph Kaineng Environmental & Energy Co., Ltd. has been committed to the design and development of a new energy and waste heat recovery power generation system, and has already completed the design and optimization of the first waste heat power station for cement kiln in China. We have a group of specialized technical personnel engaged in thermal engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical & automation engineering and energy conservation & environmental protection, which established a high-talent team dedicated to service innovation.

The total number of the existing staff is over 160, including technical personnel, R & D personnel and management personnel. Among them, there are 5 professorate senior engineers, 44 senior engineers, 21 registered practicing engineers and 52 persons have got intermediate title, every kind of talents are equipped well, 15% of the staff in the company with Doctor Degree and Master Degree, staff with college education or over accounted for 97% of the total number.
